The Company has engaged Georgeson (a trading name of Computershare Investor Services PLC, the Company’s Registrar), to locate and unite gone-away and lost shareholders with their dividends and/or shares.
Georgeson’s services are voluntary and as such you may contact our Registrar directly.
If you are contacted, it is important that you respond to Georgeson or Computershare in order to claim your dividend and/or shares. In accordance with the Company’s Bye-laws, if after reasonable efforts by Georgeson to trace the gone-away and lost shareholders, the Company will sell shares of those shareholders that they unable to reunite. The net proceeds from the sales and any unclaimed cash entitlements will be forfeited and will belong to the Company.
